Rates are all-inclusive includes unlimited birds in the field, preserve hunting license, bird-cleaning, packaged birds to take with you in a logo-ed soft cooler, all gourmet meals and beverages including alcohol, private room with private bath, use of a lodge gun if needed, 20- and 28-ga shotgun shells, eye- and ear-protection, complimentary cigars, etc.

Except gratuity which is generally 20% of your trip cost.

Our preserve season runs mid-October to end of March.

We are closed around Thanksgiving and Christmas time. Dates will vary. Our Director of Client Services can give you are closed dates.

Otter Creek Farmstead requires 1/3 deposit at the time of reservation and second 1/3 of the due 90-days prior to trip date and the remainder 1/3 balance due 60-days in advance of your arrival. Otter Creek will provide you with the most current information about which dates are available. However, due to the demand, we cannot “hold” dates for you without a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. Most of our client re-book the same time from year to year and our open dates generate interest from several parties for each available opportunity. Until a 50% (fifty percent) deposit is received by Otter Creek, the dates that you desire to schedule for your trip will still be available for others to book. Your first 1/3 deposit is non-refundable. Deposits cannot be used for alternative dates. The final balance is due 60 (sixty) days in advance of the date of your trip. If the balance is not paid by that date, we have the right to release your dates and attempt to resell them to minimize the loss to Otter Creek.

1. No Refunds - We do not offer refunds of any kind for cancellations, no-shows, or changes to your booking. The customer is responsible for paying the full amount of the trip, regardless of whether you attend or cancel.

2. Rescheduling - We understand that plans may change, and we do offer the option of rescheduling your trip. Rescheduling must be done at least 14 days before original scheduled trip date. All reschedules are subject to availability and must be made within 1 year of the original booking date.

3. Changes to Itinerary - If you have a change to the itinerary, it must be communicated 14 days prior to the scheduled trip date. Any changes made under the 14 days will not be credited or refunded.

4. Late Cancellations or No-Shows - If you fail to show up for your scheduled trip or cancel within 14 days of your scheduled time of arrival, the full amount will still be charged, and no refund or credit will be issued.

5. Emergency Situation - While we understand emergencies can occur, we do not offer refunds or exceptions to this policy. Reschedules are still available, and we will work with you to find an alternative time, subject to availability.

6. Rainouts or Inclement Weather - Inclement weather can occur last minute, and while we do our best to catch it ahead of time, hunt may be called off last minute due to inclement weather. In these cases, we do not offer refunds or exceptions to this policy. Reschedules are still available, and we will work with you to find an alternative time, subject to availability.

Any group of (15) hunters gains exclusive use of the following facilities at Otter Creek Farmstead: the Grand Room or Wine Room or Otter Creek Lodge for meal service and the Game Room. Exceptions to this buyout rule are that hunting parties may overlap during lunch service on days of arrival/departure.

Our European-style Driven Pheasant Shoot is available for groups of 9 to 12 shooters. This all-inclusive 3-hour afternoon activity includes 250 birds; 20- and 28-ga shotgun shells; bird-cleaning; use of lodge-guns; and traditional small plates and refreshments during breaks in the field. Shooters will rotate among all pegs over the course of the shoot. Traditional attire is preferred but not required. At least 9 pegs must be reserved.

• $1,515 per peg for a standalone half-day activity

• $800 to upgrade from an existing half-day quail reservation

• $600 to upgrade from an existing half-day mixed-bag reservation.
