Our signature wedding rental includes exclusive access to the heart of the property and thoughtfully curated amenities to create a seamless and elevated celebration from start to finish.

Your Wedding Experience Includes:

  • Exclusive use of our ceremony spaces, reception areas, poolside setting, and the beautifully maintained grounds surrounding the Grand Room

  • Tables and chairs for ceremony and reception

  • Access to our luxurious getting-ready suites for both bridal and groom parties

  • Complimentary on-property transportation throughout the wedding weekend

  • Game Room beginning Friday at 11:00 AM through rehearsal time, and continuing Saturday until 2:00 PM or picture time — creating the perfect relaxed gathering space for wedding parties, family, and friends throughout the weekend

  • Bury the Bottle Tradition: Couples are invited to take part in the Southern wedding tradition of “burying the bottle” on property one month before the wedding day for a little extra good luck and clear skies.

  • Complimentary Engagement Session Access: Enjoy complimentary access to the property for your engagement photos upon booking your wedding at Otter Creek.

  • A private first dinner together as a married couple in the Wine Room — an intimate experience to slow down and soak in the night of your wedding weekend

  • Access to the Pavilion as a beautiful covered ceremony option in the event of inclement weather

Farm Tables & Oak Cross-Back Chairs

Included with your venue rental are twelve 6-foot farm tables, four 12-foot reclaimed wood farm tables, and two 8-foot reclaimed wood farm tables. These may be arranged individually or combined to create beautiful communal-style seating. Also included are 200 oak cross-back chairs for use in The Grand Room, offering a timeless look that complements any wedding design.

Shuttle & Transportation

Included with your wedding weekend is the use of our Mercedes shuttle van, along with an Otter Creek team member dedicated to driving and coordinating transportation according to your wedding-day timeline. The shuttle is available to transport the bridal party and immediate family between lodging accommodations, photo locations, ceremony spaces, and The Grand Room.

Included with your wedding weekend is access to our beautifully appointed Bridal Suite, providing a private and comfortable space for the bride and bridesmaids to prepare for the day. Designed with natural light, ample seating, and room for hair and makeup services, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxed morning and memorable getting-ready moments.

The Grand Patio

Overlooking the beautiful grounds of Otter Creek, The Grand Patio offers a versatile outdoor gathering space. Perfect for an intimate reception, cocktail hour, bridal brunch, welcome gathering, or rehearsal dinner, it provides a relaxed setting with stunning countryside views.

A cherished part of the Otter Creek wedding experience, The Wine Room is reserved for the newlyweds to enjoy a private dinner together immediately following their ceremony—a quiet, sentimental moment to reflect and celebrate before joining their guests. The space may also be used for intimate bridal brunches, rehearsal dinners, private dining experiences, or small gatherings throughout the wedding weekend.

Ceremony Area

A signature feature of Otter Creek, our ceremony site showcases a grand aisle leading to handcrafted wooden pew seating for up to 250 guests. Framed by sweeping views of the rolling hills and natural beauty of the property, the setting offers an elegant and distinctly Southern backdrop for your wedding ceremony.

Pool Area

Included with your wedding weekend, the pool area provides a relaxed gathering space for family and friends on rehearsal day. It also serves as a beautiful setting for poolside rehearsal dinners, welcome cocktails, bridal brunches, or simply enjoying time together before the celebration begins.

The Game Room

Exclusive access to The Game Room is included from Friday at 11:00 AM through rehearsal time and again on Saturday until 2:00 PM or photo time. Designed as a comfortable gathering space, it provides the perfect setting for wedding parties, family, and friends to relax and spend time together throughout the weekend.

The Grand Pavilion

The Grand Pavilion offers a beautiful open-air space for entertainment, additional reception seating, lounge areas, and dancing under the stars.
